Can you imagine a more glorious and basic and probably wildly popular, yet still utterly, totally unmentionable proposal in this madhouse society (where there are lots of other unmentionable basics)?<br /><br />If we ever make it that far, we must write periodic revision into the Second Constitution.<br /><br />Anyhow, this is an essay I'll be re-reading very often.
